I was thinking of making a new Artificer character and really wanted to make a minotaur, so fused the ideas together. The minotaur would beef up their constitution and strength, two stats that would be great in combat, and you would have to roll high for your intelligence though. I am thinking maybe the character would be into working on large machinery and doing a lot of heavy lifting. I would like to know what you all think about this combonation.
The only subclass i see viable to your description would be the Artillerist and I imagine the Minotaur summoning the turrets only to pick them up and throw them at enemies or use them as huge spellcasting focus cannons.
However if you give up on Strength, the Battle Smith would be superior. By 12th level you can make a gauntlet of ogre power to make him strong again if you desire. Huh, a weakly minotaur who's pushed around so he compensates with technology...
Thinking of artillerist... You could replace one of your horns with a cannon. In fact... now I'm also thinking of a Tortle Artificer with cannons coming out of his shell.

Blastoise?
I am running a battle Smith with high (16) strength (rolled decent, dumped CHA). It works pretty well. I dont need to rely on spells or infusions to hit with my warhammer, but I did make a repeating crossbow to make up for low DEX at range.

Nah nah nah, keep the minotaur idea and just give them three tails. A Mino-Tauros XD
