My friend subscribed to DM membership and bought Tashas, but even after joining I can't find spells like Mirror Image and Slow on Bards spell list. Pretty sure they were added to Bards list in Tasha.
You have to enable the expanded spell list optional class feature on your bard’s character sheet for them to appear as options for spell selection.
On the class tab -> optional feature manager -> additional bard spells
