I am trying to homebrew an item, and I was wondering if there is a way to force any magic spells being cast by wearer of the item to use something like a Monk's Ki Save DC for any spell save mechanics?
For example, the item is for a Monk only, and on top of it's other special attributes, it gives the Monk the ability to cast Gust of Wind 1 time per day. But when I assign the item to the Monk, it shows a strength save of 10 DC for the spell instead of the Monk's Ki Save DC of 13.

Make sure you selected Wisdom for the Save DC when you added the spell
