Do I have to buy the Players Handbook if I want to play in anyone's campaign or can I use my newly created character and play it in a test free environment with only the free books I was giving https://1921681254.mx/? If anyone can help please comment or dm thank you all very much.
You don't NEED the digital Player's Handbook on this website to play in a campaign. There are quite a few free options; The Basic Rules, the System Reference document (also known as the SRD) and the Elemental Evil Player's Companion.
Each Class comes with one free Subclass as well e.g. Clerics get the Life Domain unlocked for every user with an account with D&D Beyond.

Have the Physical Books? Confused as to why you're not allowed to redeem them for free on D&D Beyond? Questions answered here at the Hardcover Books, D&D Beyond and You FAQ
Looking to add mouse-over triggered tooltips to such things like magic items, monsters or combat actions? Then dash over to the How to Add Tooltips thread.
Character sheets are also free to download from WotC's site and the DNDB character builder is free as well.
Also, there are a couple of Adventures that are free on DNDB as well, such as The Frozen Sick and Lost Mine of Phandelver
You don't need to spend a dime to just play and learn D&D, and i personally advise you don't spend money until you decide if you want to continue with the hobby or not.

You don't need to buy anything to play D&D. You don't even need D&D Beyond. Just gather some friends and play the game.
