So I know the answer that buying full book lets you use the content on here and buying compendium is just for sake of reading it as if you have a pdf of it and nothing more. What I can't find out are the following things:
1: If I buy the full book can I read it? I mean it seems to me buying the full book just gives you character options and doesn't much leave you the opportunity to read the world building in case of campaign or adventure modules or the flavoring text of monsters.
2: If I buy full book do I automatically get the compendium as part of my purchase? I'm all for using dndb for 'tools' it provides but my biggest concern is being able to read the book with all the filigree and stuff.
3: Wikipedia says compendium is an html and beyond says it comes with all art from whatever book your buying er... This mean the compendium is straight up text and no styling to the book and every art is like in the bottom of file and just in a 'gallery' section or does the compendium look like how I'd get that book if I were to read it's physical copy?

Yes. Basically a full purchase is "compendium plus options for tools". You get everything. You can read a digital version of the book's contents and you can also use any options presented in the site's tools (character builder, hombrew tools, encounter builder, search tools, crosslinking, etc).
For an example of what it looks like you can read the Basic Rules document, which is free. You can view this by clicking Sources at top then Basic Rules, or click here.

This is the same question as #1, just worded differently. The answer is the same: buying the full thing gets you the compendium to read and the options to use.

If you get the full book or just the compendium you get a website based digital version of the book. While it is presented in an easier to read way with table of contents and chapter navigation - you still get everything that book would provide. This includes all of the artwork shown at the same place it would appear in the book.

Follow up question - If I buy only tools, do I also get the compendium for them specifically? for example if I buy the feats- will I be able to read them?

You'll be able to read them in the relevant pages under the 'game rules' section of the megamenu.
