After the release of Explorer's Guide to Wildemount is there somewhere I can go to look to see what future content will be releasing?

Unfortunately, not really.

WotC only releases information about 3-6 months ahead of time for when a book is coming out, and there isn't really a pattern other than "we are ready to announce the new content."
