This must be legit, because the subject of Healing Spirit having a limit to the number of times it can heal was just raised the other day in one of the other forums, with images from a printed book that had that change.
"The latest printing of Xanathar's Guide to Everything includes several fixes, including a change to the healing spirit spell. The official errata document will be released soon! That document will provide all the details."
