If I purchase content on DNDBeyond, can I use it/access it outside of the site?

For example, if I purchase the Mythic Odysseys from the site, can I access the full book as a PDF if I play on a different site/offline, or do I have to use DNDB interface?

No PDFs. You can save the book to DDB's mobile app for offline use.

PDFs of D&D books are never authorized by the publisher. If you ever find a PDF of a D&D book it has been made illegally.
