 I cannot be the only one that thought and died trying to solo a monster after taking one of these only to figure out that it does not make you invulnerable to damage.  It’s just a travesty waiting to happen.  I want to save my fellow adventurers from this menace. 

I propose a solution. Could it be called a potion of resistance instead giving it more of it’s actual use in the name may save the next character from death.

Those decisions get made by a company called Wizards of the Coast. This website has to follow what that other company publishes.

1. D&D Beyond doesn't make the rules of D&D, just makes them accessible. You'd want to address this to WotC who does make the rules
2. It's very unlikely WotC will change the name of an item five years after the games release
3. Wouldn't your PCs actually examine a potion to see what it does before using it?
4. You can always rename the potion yourself when you give it to your players
