Ceremorphosis isn’t something that has codified rules, so it’s entirely up the DM. That said, in every rules respect, warforged are humanoids and are treated exactly the same as every other humanoid, so “yes” would be consistent with every other warforged scenario.
It would depend on the nature of their brain. We don't really know enough about Warforged physiology to make that determination broadly, so it would ultimately be a DM call. If their brain is biological, meaning they are more akin to cyborgs, then that's an easy yes. If their brain is actually a computer processor, seeing as they are manufactured and not grown, then it would be a pretty obvious no. If they are anything in-between.... it gets messy.

100% agree. In previous editions of D&D, they were treated differently, especially with healing. (Regular healing spells did not work on them, they had special healing requirements, etc) But in 5e, they are treated as any other humanoid outside of the few specific racial features listed for them.

It’s magic, not computers. Their brain could literally just be a rock. I mean, I could be a computer, but it might just be a vacuum. 🤷♂️
It's not so cut and dry as "humanoid" though. There are compatible and incompatible hosts ... and apparently partially compatible hosts that result in a different aberration than the common Illithid. There are non-humanoid hosts, too.
Wanna spice things up? Have your campaign so that a warforged ceremorph doesn't make a Mind Flayer but something else by being a partially-compatible host.

As everybody else is saying it depends on how your GM rules on the form of the warforged. And now that I say that I'm not even sure then…
I was thinking if warforged were more cyborgs for the human brain that it might be possible but then not really because I don't see how a mind-flayer would transform the nonorganic body parts.
Or is just a straight know because warforged are generally considered constructs and would more likely be destroyed on sight then taking for incubation.
In 5e, the Illithid eat the brain first, then use the body to make a new illithid (sometimes) I would definitely allow an illithid to eat the brain of a Humanoid Warforged. I would probably have them complain about the taste.
But I do not think I would allow them to take the dead body and use it to make a new illithid. Not without a lot of experimentation
Warforged are 100% NOT constructs in 5e. They were in 3.5e, not sure about 4e. Their description in 5e even points out: "Although they were manufactured, warforged are living humanoids." Sure a DM can make them whatever they want, but they are exactly what it says they are. Questions have popped up about undead or vampire warforged, and Keith Baker (the guy that designed Eberron and did the 5e conversation) has said that in 5e, they are susceptible to anything a normal humanoid is outside of the specific listed racial benefits. (Like poison) It was a very intentional choice in order to make them easier to use in this edition. No need for specialized healing spells for them or special medicine checks, etc. Any ruling that makes them immune to various monsters, diseases, effects, etc is throwing off their power balance. (Which is precisely why they needed specific healing in previous editions... to balance their power level.)

That's not actually true, IIRC. They take a tadpole, implant it into the cranium, and the tadpole then eats the brain and replaces it, which then transforms the body into a mind flayer.

Old rules. New rules say:
" the mind flayer kills the target by extracting and devouring its brain."
and also:
"Hunger of the Mind.
Illithids subsist on the brains of humanoids. The brains provide enzymes, hormones, and psychic energy necessary for their survival. An illithid healthy from a brain-rich diet secretes a thin glaze of mucus that coats its mauve skin.
An illithid experiences euphoria as it devours the brain of a humanoid, along with its memories, personality, and innermost fears. Mind flayers will sometimes harvest a brain rather than devour it, using it as part of some alien experiment or transforming it into an intellect devourer."
They do eat brains, but they can't eat the brain and then turn the person into an illithid. They sometimes turn them into another mind flayer, sometimes eat it, and sometimes turn it into an intellect devourer or use the brain for another experiment. They do one of these things, not multiple.

I thought they had to bring the body to the Elder brain now to turn them into Illithids.
Nope. The elder brain lays eggs, so do the other illithids, that then hatch into tadpoles that swim around in the elder brain's brine pool, eating each other. They take the healthy tadpoles, put them up the nostril, through the eye, or in the ear, of a humanoid (normally), and then they turn into a mind flayer as their brain is devoured by the tadpole. It takes awhile.

Even in this scenario, I would say that they would be immune. Or at best, the transformation would fail because a Warforged does not have a full biological body and weight much more than the standard. The weight thing is why the Mind Flayers avoid some races unless there is no other choice so that I would say at best, both the host and the tadpole would die. Since the Warforged is not a purely biological entity, however, I would also rule that they could be repaired and reactivated, if I was the DM.

Can Warfogers be converted in mind flayer

In D&D lore, gnomes can't be hosts, except deep gnomes, IIRC.
Not every race of humanoid can be a suitable host. I imagine jermlaine are not good hosts, as they are tiny.
I personally would allow a half-cyborg mind flayer warforged, as it sounds cool as hell, but certain races just aren't compatible.
(Also, as Warforged recently became humanoids, the jury is currently out on this RAW.)
