When UA comes out with something new, it's a playtest item until approved. Many of the feats they came up with didn't pass muster or were changed. This may be why you can't find them-they've been archived so the playtesters can keep using them on the character that was given the UA feature, but nobody else can.
To allow your characters access to current UA content, make sure the play test option is on (fist page of character generation.)

Is UA actually sustained in DnDBeyond after WOTC pulls it back in after surveys? I'm new at it, but what I had gathered is characters using UA are sort of "broken" or "orphaned" after the UA is pulled off, the only remedy being to prepare a home-brew from the UA and port the character into a "new" character with the home-brew mixed in.
Again, I"m relatively new to DnDB, and I've only copied over the recent Phantom subclass into my home-brew collection for that contingency (we have one in my game, I don't see my games having more in the future, but I want to see this character run their course).
When WoTC pulls an UA, Beyond archives the feature on their character builder. However any characters that had the UA before it was archived will still have access to it. But if it is removed from a character they can no longer access it.

The UA in question just came out a few days ago.
Sorry, I didn't realize you were responding to someone else.

Got it, so when the UA's pulled a character that has the UA feature sort of has legacy rights to it, but any new character or existing character who wants to access the feature in the future of a campaign would need a home-brew copy. Cool, thank you.

Hi,
Our players just hit level 4 and I wanted to give them the option of using one of the new feats from this list: https://media.wizards.com/2020/dnd/downloads/UA2020_Feats.pdf
I can't find them on D&D Beyond at all though... do I have to homebrew them?
Thanks!
Yes, if they don't show you should home brew.
playing since 1986
They will hopefully be available here Monday. some of the mechanical bits may not be fully implemented, though

Exactly!
Derp.
Gotta stick my head out of the cave more often.
They're in the character sheet now, except for Eldritch Adept, which is just a place holder
Sweet, thanks!!
