I've done about an hours worth of Googleing and digging in forums and YouTube and it doesn't currently appear that I can implement this change on my character sheet at this time in D&D Beyond. This being the result of not really being able to modify base classes outside of the options provided in Tasha's.
I'm just checking with you guys that this is actually the case.
Oh! Perfect! That's what I'll do. Thank you. Is content from Dungeon Masters Vault able to be exported to D&D Beyond or is it just a helpful tool for making 3rd party content?
Choose “create from scratch” and copy paste from the Ranger feature into both the “Description” and “Snippet” fields. The whole thing would be plain text. The only “mechanical” thing you need to add is this:
Modifier: Language->Subtype: Choose a Language
Re-save the whole feat using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button after you add the modifier.

Thanks.
You could fake it with a feat attached directly using “Manage Feats.” It won’t group them together, but it would at least be on the sheet somewherez

I don’t know what DM Vault is, but likely not. But you can just use this:
