Hi people of the internet, I was looking at the epic boons section of the DMG and thought that they were pretty cool, but there were not enough of them. If anyone has some homebrew ideas for more that are roughly similar in power, I would love to see them. Here are a few of my ideas to start.

• The lycanthropy template: add this to a character above level 20 and it is not too unbalanced as near as I can tell. For best results find a quest that lets them ignore the alignment change part of the curse.
• the half-dragon template: same with the lycanthropy template,  it without any alignment change to my knowledge.
• more powerful wildshape: (for druids only, name is a work in progress) increase the CR of your wildshape options by one
• Boon of frost: same as boon of the fire soul but replace burning hands with frost fingers and any mention of fire with cold.

Anyway, I can’t wait to see your ideas.

as a reaction to dropping to 0hp you can return to 1 hp.You can do this once per  long rest after which you must expend a hit die to do so again

You could always use the Supernatural Gifts from Theros.
