Technical question. I am considering running a Summoner in an upcoming game, and I can't seem to find how to add creatures to my sheet for ease of summoning with a spell like say, "Summon Shadowspawn". Is this feature just not available right now, and I should then use a homebrew template?
How do you update said creature if you summon it at higher levels? For instance, a lot of the 3rd level spell creatures I've looked at under homebrew have a proficiency bonus of +2, but when those spells become available to a Wizard, their proficiency bonus is already +3. Does this scale when added to your sheet? Any help would be appreciated, as I'm a bit newer to Beyond.

Thank you!
No. You would have to recreate the monster multiple times as homebrewed versions of itself at CRs 5, 9, 13, and 17 to get the PB to match appropriately and adjust the attacks and skills manually. For anything thats dependent on the spell slot level you would have to create other versions with that info adjusted as well.

You need to get the books.
Thanks, but we have access to all of the books.
