Far as I can tell, this should come to 1 or 2 depending on whether the player is level 14 or lower, but I'm getting 0d6 at level 6.

Try this instead:

{{(classlevel/7)@rounddown,min:7}}

No dice

As it turns out, "What am I doing wrong" was having two identical snippets for the feature and the action and failing to update the correct one.

{{(classlevel/7)@rounddown,min:7}} returns 7 when I put it in the right place. {{(classlevel/7)@rounddown,min:1}} does work though.
