Hi, I'm creating a new ability that uses DEX to hit but it always deals 4d8 (without DEX modifier) force damage.
How can I create an attack that uses DEX but doesn't include its modifier in the damage roll?
From what I understand you cannot. You can try making it a “general” action, but if you have it include the attack roll I think it will automatically include it in the damage roll no matter what.
