is it possible to create a feat that increases the damage of every cold spell by a fixed amount? I'm a big noob but even failing to google how this might work ^_^'
I am adding a modifier that is: type damage, subtype cold, fixed value 5. But this seems to do... nothing? Seems like it should be simple enough..
The only alternative I can think of is making a homebrew of every coldspell the character takes which is manually buffed?
