Hello! I published a race that I'm working on before it was done, so I made a copy of it to work on it further, and also made copies of the subraces. The problem is that the unpublished race is saying that it has no subraces. The unpublished subraces are connected to the original race that I already published. Can I reassign the parent race somehow? Please and Thank you!
You cannot. You will have to recreate those subraces from scratch attached to the new version of the race. That’s just one of the many, many reasons I suggest that people not publish their homebrews until they are 1,000% finished with all playtesting and editing.
Sure. If that individual is in a DDB campaign with you they can already add it to their character without you having to share it. All of your Homebrews are automatically shared in the character builder with everyone in any DDB campaign you are in, and their homebrews are also shared with you automatically too. If you also want that person to be able to read the description page for your homebrew you can simply send them the URL for it. If they are in a DDB campaign with you and are logged in, they will be able to view it as if it had been published.

Oof, thanks. Is there a way to share it with an individual without publishing?
Also, I may be new here, but it's clear you help a lot of people out here, and I thank you for that. :)

Aww… shucks. Thank you. I’m happy to help.
