I wanted something like the Dragoons in old Final Fantasy games with a touch of the Viper from Game of Thrones, so this is what I came up with. A lot of the features require a spear, so I gave them the ability to summon one (that's more like a rapier than a spear, mechanically speaking). At higher levels, there are some fun features that use your bonus action, like supernatural senses, a dragon skin feature that increases your toughness, and a way to boost your damage for a round.
I really wanted a dedicated sniper subclass. I considered making a Fighter subclass, but thought it would work better as a Rogue. This starts out with increased accuracy and range with bows and crossbows, and they quickly gain a feature that gives strategic importance to position on the battlefield (specifically height), which is something I don't think I've seen in a subclass before. They also get a sniper's excellent eyesight and eventually more brutal critical hits.
Feedback is definitely welcome! I loved the feedback I got last time, and I know there will be some things you all see that I missed. Thanks!

The Dragon Knight really doesn't feel like a fighter. It feels like a fighter pretending to be a monk. It would probably make more sense to instead by a subclass of monk that lets you wear armour.
The Sniper feels really boring, you can easily do this build with any other Rogue subclass just by picking the right feats.
Hey folks - I created a few more subclasses and wanted to share.
Fighter - Dragon Knight

Cool, thanks for the feedback, I'll take a look at these.
