Any advice on homebrewing classes? They're for a Christmas One Shot I'm doing for my group, so they dont need to be perfect. Just ridiculous enough to successfully use in the one shot lol
Otherwise some basic cosmetic homebrew/using normal classes with a twist:
Santa's Slayer; Pact of Blade Warlock, Any Patron but only weapon you can summon is a 5ft tall candy cane (treat as a Maul), you hunt down and punish those on the naughty list.
Santa Bot 3000; a Warforged Barbarian (Santa from Futurama)
Backwards Santa; Rogue/Thief, you sneak into houses on Christmas night and steal the kids favourite toys (based on a line form the season 3 episode of Red Dwarf called Backwards)
Arnold Santa-beggar; A fighter/barbarian with urchin background, talks with a thick German/Austrian accent and wants to be taken seriously as a politician and gives out promotional toys to get into office
Santa Elf: you're actually a Rock Gnome but you've been brain washed into thinking you are an Elf to work in Santa's workshop making toys for delivery.
Edit: Forgot...
Frosty the snow wyrm: White Dragonborn Sorcerer, focus on all the cold based spells

LOL those are some awesome ones! I'll have to steal a few of those. The ones I came up with so far are:
Candy Lancers: Formidable individuals that can both take and deal heavy damage. They're known as Santa's last line of defense and are easily recognizable by their candy stripped armor and love of peppermint candy canes.
Everknight: Keeper of the Evergreens, Everknights dedicate their lives to patroling the outer lands of the pole. Their steeds are the rejected Reindeer and their swords are forged with molten candy, each one unique to its holder.
Single use, they look like normal baubles you'd hang forma tree but pull the ribbon off and throw them like a grenade to see them explode as a level 3 fireball.
2) Mistletoe wand (wondrous Item, Common):
Whilst holding this wand over you head whilst casting a spell from the enchantment school of magic, the target(s) of the spell make their saving throws with disadvantage to resist the effect of your spell.
3) Santa's Sack (wondrous Item, Uncommon):
This magical bag functions as a Bag of Holding but every time something is put into the bag or taken out of it, it also produces a wild magic surge (as per Wild Magic Sorcerer). If some of evil alignment tries to draw something form the sack they always draw a lump of coal regardless of what they are actually attempting to draw out. This lump of coal disappears after 1 minute and cannot be set alight but is otherwise completely non-magical.
While wearing this coat of bright red, edged with white fur, you gain the following benefits: Your Constitution score increases by 2, to a maximum of 20 and you appear to be very overweight. You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks made to interact with Good Aligned creatures. In addition, while attuned to the belt, you have a 100% percent chance each day at dawn of growing a full beard if you're capable of growing one, or a visibly thicker beard if you already have one. You have dark vision out to a range of 60 feet. You can speak, read, and write Elf.
5) Ring of Chimney Stepping (Wondrous item, Uncommon, requires attunement):
Whilst wearing this innocuous looking brass ring you can use an action to Misty Step (as per the level 2 spell), however you can only use this if you are within 5ft of a chimney and you can only travel to the base of the chimney (inside a house) or back to the roof.

Single use, they look like normal baubles you'd hang forma tree but pull the ribbon off and throw them like a grenade to see them explode as a level 3 fireball.

4) Santa's Raiment (Wondrous item, rare, requires attunement):
While wearing this coat of bright red, edged with white fur, you gain the following benefits:
Your Constitution score increases by 2, to a maximum of 20 and you appear to be very overweight.
You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks made to interact with Good Aligned creatures.
