Max Attributes Bonus for Homebrew Races/Classes

I am developing a Home-brew Race that should have a max attributes beyond 20.  Is there a way to set that modifier in the Home-brew Race Editor?

Yes, I know the player can override on their sheet.  I was to make this part of the Race.
