I have a wondrous item that gives the player a claw attack (i.e. d4 damage for an unarmed attack.) How can I have that end up on the character sheet?
Currently you cannot. You could fake it by using a weapon instead of a wondrous item. Or you could list it as plain text and the player could add it manually directly to their sheet as a custom action.
