I just started playing a game where I made a character with nothing homebrew, but I found someone looking for players who accepts homebrew classes, and I thought it would be pretty neat to do one.
I'm using orcpub2 to make my character, and I want to make her a dancer, with good charisma and dexterity, but I don't understand how the subclass builder works.
Sorry if this is the wrong subforum, I wasn't sure if it fit better here or on the one for bards. I decided to post it here because dancers aren't bards.
Second, Orcpub is a bit of a sore topic on this forum, since the original was shut down for copyright infringement and (though the Beyond devs have not been strict about this) it is sort-of a competing product.
Third, "dancers aren't bards"? Why not? You haven't said anything about your class other than they dance. Dance falls under performance, and you could just ask your DM to let you substitute dancing for singing. It's all artsy.
I've yet to see anyone's class idea that couldn't be solved with the normal classes and a bit of imagination.

First, maybe check with the Homebrew subforum.

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.
Thread moved to Homebrew subforum.
Dancer sounds like a profession, or a hobby, rather than a subclass - you could easily be one of the existing bard subclasses and be good at dancing!
If you're after help using the Orcpub website, I suggest you try their facebook group.

I've tossed around the idea of a dancer before. When XGtE is released, you may want to go with a bard: college of blades. Dancing with swords.
