I want to make a subclass for ritual casting where they can take a known spell and give it the ritual tag. The subclass can do this a number of times equal to the proficiency.
I can make the option appear. However, I can't seem to make it only appear at the correct levels. So I have 6 options even at level 2.
Is there a way to do the proper restriction?
Also, is there a way to limit the list that appears to contain only spells withoutthe ritual tag and/or only spells that arealready in the character's spell list?
i’m not how are you set yours up, to do that you need an action with limited uses it to proficiency bonus and attach the spell Or spells to the same class feature. I’m not sure exactly what you did but let me know and I’ll try to help you
The uses isn't tied to the proficiency bonus. The number of spells available would be.
Kind of like how mystic arcanum gives a new spell at specific levels. I just wanted the number of spells to equal proficiency.
What I tried to do was add a subclass feature
Then I added spells
I also put the levels in for "Levels where options known" and I entered "2,2,5,9,13,17"
In the spell options I set the following: "Spell class"=Wizard; "Level Divisor" = 2;"activation Type"=Special; "Uses Spell Slot"=No, "Counts as Spell Known"=no, "Always Prepared"=Yes and I set "available at character level"
That is where i am at. If I click "Has Options" and set options, the options comes up as a choice but then I can't select the spell for the option.
I set the Class Feature Option to have a spell option with the same setting as above minus the level requirement
