Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If TikTok fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. TikTok has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Mind Wrecker (3/Day). When TikTok makes an attack, it can make the target must make a DC 20 saving throw or lose 1 Intelligence. This wears off the next dawn.
Actions
Frightful Presence. Each creature of TikTok's choice within 120 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if TikTok is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to TikTok's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Mind Meltdown. TikTok targets one creature currently affected by it's Mind Wrecker. This creature must make a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or become charmed by TikTok. While charmed in this way, the target views TikTok as a master to be obeyed, and will follow any commands from that won't outright kill the creature. This effect wears off after 1d10 rounds.
Dance of Despair. TikTok targets a creature within 100 feet of it that it can see, and the creature must be aware of TikTok. The target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw (with disadvantage if under the effects of Mind Wrecker) or be stuck in an embarrassing dance until the start of TikTok's next turn. While dancing, the creature is effected like that of Otto's Irresistible Dance and will take 1d12 psychic damage at the start of their turn.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack, +7 to hit, 1 target, 30 ft. Hit: 2d12+6 piercing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack, +9 to hit, 1 target, 30 ft. Hit: 2d10+3 bludgeoning damage.
