I mean, you really aren't bound for the Nine Hells...there has to be a way around that, right? I mean, you have Adohand the Gatorslayer on your side! If anyone can save your soul while in the throes of combat it's Adohand. But must you sacrifice your soul to be a watcher in Hell? Okay, you need to now make an AMA for Stevanus... we have to figure this out. A way to do your Duty as part of the Great Guard's holy warriors and to also find peace once your tenure is done.

Holy warrior? My friend, you misunderstand my service in His name. The clerics and paladins are His 'holy warriors'. I am His hunter. His wrath. His executioner. The Watcher protects in all ways, and not all of them are.... honorable. His holy warriors battle the evil that is already known, they soothe the wounds of those already injured. I seek out the evil that has yet to show its face. I expose the wicked, lay His judgement upon them, and send their wretched souls to the Nine Hells. The fiends lurking in the shadows possessing the innocent, those that would aide, summon, these devils, those that turn a blind-eye to their passing. All are corrupted and guilty. And when I cannot be sure of my quarry, I will eradicate ALL those necessary to ensure the task complete. I have killed innocents, of this I am sure. It damns my soul, but it is for the greater good.
I tell you this, as most are not aware of the Inquisitors. Those that learn of us few are vanquished from the face of Toril soon after. Helm protects, at any cost. This is the service I take up for him, even at the cost of my soul. My soul was marked, tainted, by a terrible fiend as a child - corrupted as I watched it rend flesh and soul from my parents in front of my terrified eyes. I know where I will spend eternity, I have resigned myself to this fact. This knowledge allows me to serve Him with complete and total resolve in my mission to cleanse this world of the evils that lurk.
