Soldaer turns to whoever is behind the bar, and asks a simple question: "So, is there someplace we can train or spar with other people here, or do we just sit around and talk until we need to get some sleep?"
Avarice looks up. "I can make you something."
Soldaer turns towards Avarice. "Oh? Like what?"
"I don't know. Dummies or something. I'm basically sort of a god here."

Soldaer's eyes light up. It almost looks as though they are being backlit by flames. "A small arena for non-lethal battles with a training room off to the side would be perfect, if that's possible. I'm also a minor cleric and druid of Eilistraee, so I can heal any wounds that may cause serious harm," Soldaer says with a little bit more excitement in his voice than you've heard prior to this. "Otherwise, if there are monsters to be fought, I can easily help with that."
Saying that, he reaches up his left bracer and pulls out a dragon tooth dagger. The blade alone is almost a foot long, so you wonder a little where he fit it.
"As you can tell by this little trophy of mine, I am rather experienced. Point me in the direction of the danger, and I'll be there ready to face it."

With that, Soldaer slides it back up into the sheath in his bracer.

Upon getting said room, Soldaer walks upstairs to it, and closes the door behind him. After doing so, he reaches into his pocket, and pulls out what appears to be a tiny fireplace carved from a single piece of wood.
After placing in on the ground and speaking a short phrase in celestial, the room around him wavers, and slowly transforms into his room back in the Fírantín forest. Those areas that would've overlapped with the walls of the room in the tavern are still there, but this room is considered an extra-dimensional space for all practical purposes and causes no actual damage to the tavern.
"Just... A thing I do to honor someone. Hope that they may see it where they are"
"Who are you honoring? I understand if you don't want to tell me."
"... My mother"
Mithris nods. "I know how much she meant to you and Kalnor. I'm sure she would be proud of both of you."
"... I know she would be... She... She shouldnt have died this day all those years ago... But at least what caused it is being fixed... And the person responsible gone... I just hope she sees all thats happened"
"I'm sure she has. You've done so many things to right the wrongs in Eligas."
"... You helped... So, so much... Thank you.."
Mithris smiles. "I'm always willing to help you."
She smiles back "If you werent there... The wrongs wouldnt be fixed. Not really at least... If I had succeeded without you... It really would just be the roles reversed"
"I'm glad you can see that now. And hopefully, one day, you can go back there, and things will be better."
She nods slowly "Hopefully within a few years... I have some plans and ideas that Id like to get put in... And itd be nice having 2 places to call home"
Mithris nods. "I hope you accomplish all of those things."
"Thank you." She bows her head down a moment,.before beginning to add a new symbol with her staff
"What symbol are you making?"
"... A sunrise. Perhaps with a sillouette of someone standing in front"
"What does it represent?"
"A new beginning. A new start to replace the old. What you caused in Eligas"
"That's a beautiful thought. But we worked together for it. It wasn't just me."
"The idea was all you. You certainly did the most for the city"
"I'm glad I could help."
She smiles "Im glad Kalnor, Nox and I have gotten the opportunity to meet someone like you."
"I'm happy I could meet you, too."
She smiles, taking one of her and Kalnors hands, gently pulling them into.the circle, and hugging them both.

"I don't know. Dummies or something. I'm basically sort of a god here."
"You like books?"
Mithris nods.

Mithris stares at him a little harshly after this.

Soldaer notices Mithris' staring at him.
"Look, I don't know who you are, but I meant no offense. This tooth came from an Adult Green Dragon I slew while defending my village. I crafted it in memory, and as an extra weapon, because one can never be too prepared, at least in the world that I come from."
With that, Soldaer slides it back up into the sheath in his bracer.
"My name is Mithris. You're new?"

"Yes I am. My name is Soldaer Torrae, Twilight Elf Ranger and druid in the service of Eilistraee, from the Fírantín Forest in my world. I'm not even sure exactly how I got here, wherever here is. Last thing I remember was that I was chasing a marauding band of orcs away from my village, and then there was a brilliant flash of light. Next thing I knew, I woke up outside the door to this tavern."
"It's nice to meet you, Soldaer. Do you want to get home?"

"I'm not in too much of hurry to. I've done my fair share of adventuring outside of my home forest. I've fought hundreds of different creatures, although that dragon was definitely one of the more challenging battles, as I only had a few of my kin with me to help. I'm a bit unusual for my people, and enjoy exploring and meeting new people, and so I see no rush."
"They don't need your help?"

"Honestly, not too much. They're allied rather closely with one of the neighboring kingdoms, and after the dragon incident, we cleared out most of the especially dangerous creatures in the region. A couple other dragons, a purple worm in the swamp nearby, some wyverns. Nothing that couldn't be handled at the time, and definitely no serious threats anymore. Only thing my people need to deal with are occasional raiding parties from the orcs in the mountains to the west, but they can easily handle those."
"So you'd rather be here then there? Or you just enjoy some time exploring?"

"Just enjoying some time exploring. Besides, my people, while easily able to defend themselves, have kind of become a little too dependent on my being there to defend them. They need to learn that I won't always be there to help, as much as I enjoy the thrill of the fight. So I guess it's honestly a little of both."
"That makes sense."

"Well, it's been a pleasure talking to you, but I should probably go and get myself a room. I now bid you a good night."
With that, Soldaer walks back to the barkeep and asks for a room.
