*A good morning to everyone, Im reliving old memories of being a DC fan.*

Adder's old room was currently being used. The being using it slept in the bed restlessly. He was in a dreamless state as he tossed and turned. Eventually he came too, it was Adder but also not him. The entire right side of his face was burned deeply into deep red scars and such. He rolled himself off the bed, talking to himself.

Allison was sitting outside, she was enjoying the nippy morning weather while she walked around the tavern. She wore a thick black dress with a grey sweater and boots. She carried a basket full of fresh but half frozen vegetables and fruits she had gotten from her garden.

Oritsu was attached to Taceli's horn currently. His golden warm aura shone lightly in the morning light.

*Is his door unlocked to azazel?*

*Ill say sure because Adder is like slightly mentally unstable because of Magnus living inside him*

Azazel opens the door, walking in a little before looking at the person on the bed, "A-adder?"

Adder opened a single eye and chuckled "Woooooooow" he said and turned his head away "How did I know it was you?"

"You died..... You were taken by spawn." Azazel says, walking closer. His eyes have changed, now entirely pitch black except for his purple pupils

"Yeah, he killed me... Or should I say my body." He said, sitting up. The entire right side of his face was horribly scarred and burned. "We wanted to talk to you about something..." Adder said but his voice was mixed with someone else's.

Azazel, not waiting for adder to finish, envelopes him in a hug, "You idiot, why couldn't you just run"

'Because I was there for you but apparently something in there isn't in there for me" he hisses, pulling himself away from Azazel

Azazel looks up at him for a moment, registuring something, "How are you alive?"

"Our body was put back together after making a..... Deal" He said with a malicious grin.

"Well, atleast you finally allowed someone to heal you," Azazel says,

'Thank gods it wasn't Y o u" he said, his words heavy with anger.

Azazel looks suprised, "What does that mean?"

"Im not sure, what does it mean to the thing inside of you?"

"Thing inside me? Wha the heck are you talking about?"

Adder slammed Azazel against the wall forcefully "Stop lying" he hissed "Im done pretending that nothing is going on, you should too"

Azazel smiles, "Dang adder, i know you like being rough, but spawns kinda in the room"

Adder looks thoroughly disgusted. He backs away, his arms turning an inky black with razor sharp claws. Adder's eyes were no longer his own "You lieeeeeed to hiiiiiiim" a voice said, it sounded like gravel being grated against pure glass.

"I lied to everyone, even myself. Now how about you explain who the [GP] you are, and why you possesed my tiefling."

"Your toy wanted revenge, he wanted you to suffer horribly alongside that overgrown weed named Spawn. I told him what you truly are and he... He said he wanted to watch you crumble beneath him and suffer."

Insight: 25

"Awww, its sweet of you to do that for him"

The thing pulled Adder's body back like a puppeteer controlling a puppet. Suddenly adder's voice was like that of a puppet's as well, hollow and mimicking "Oh no, I am so sad, dying all alone while my lover stayed alive above. Oh how sad he did not come for me" The hollow body said before Magnus came back "Such a sad story...."

"No, thats not true. No one else thinks i even care for you, and i gave up on trying to convince them otherwise. You mean a lot to me," Azazel sighs, "You thought i was different than those filth, and now you dont?"

"No, I don't" he snarled and held open the door "Get. Out"

"Adder, i love you" Azazel says, not leaving yet

Reirlin pulls Avery out of the wreckage of the SUV. As soon as Avery us clear, Reirlin slings him over one of his shoulders, and the entire group walks away. Once they are about 50ft away, Reirlin sets Avery down, and lays a hand over the wound on Avery's head. (Lay on hands: +10 hp to Avery)

After a few seconds, Avery opens his eyes, letting out a groan

"Well kid," Reirlin starts "that was pretty stupid of ya. You should know better than to try and run from a warlock."

Avery trys moving away, but winces and collapses back onto his back, "Ow...."

"Yeah... You should think about who you steal from next time" Egrien says with a bit of a laugh. "C'mon, let's get you back to the tavern."

Reirlin speaks up again. "As long as you promise not to run, I will heal you the rest of the way. Deal?"

Avery winces as he trys to talk, "Everything hurts..."

Reirlin reiterates his point. "You don't run, and I'll heal you. Do we have a deal?"

"O-ok."

'Good." With that, Reirlin's hands start glowing. (+another 20 HP to Avery) "How you feeling now?"

"Like i just was in a car crash." Avery says sarcastically

"Well, what did you expect, trying to run away from a powerful warlock?" Reirlin says with laugh. "Can you walk?"

Avery looks at him for a solid 30 seconds, "I was just in a car crash, and inhaled my bodyweight in smoke. If i could walk, i would be a bigger miracle than jesus."

"Not sure who Jesus is, but apparently you must not have magic in your world, or else you'd know that I can easily undo the damage that has been done to you."

With that, Reirlin's hands begin glowing again, and he touches Avery's chest (+30 more hp).

Avery sighs as healing energy floods him, "It hurts less...."

"Can you walk now?"

"I think so, yeah." Avery nods a little, stumbling onto his feet slowly

"Well, let's get you back to the tavern. We'll talk about the staff later."

"No, i believe in it. Its wrong to take the life of a innocent and causalities should be avoided whenever possible."

"And if the person isnt innocent? If theyre constantly hurting many?"

"Then they should be jailed or exiled" she said

"What if theyre the 'leader'?"

"Jailed definitely" she said, setting aside the peelings of a carrot "they might try and hurt more people"

"What if they have complete control? They cant be jailed because they have too much power?"

'Who are we talking about exactly?" Allison asked "It seems like you know everything about this person"

"Someone already long gone. Im just curious on how far you think actions are justified"

"Well, what did they do? I tell you if I think it is wrong or right"

"They killed many. Directly and indirectly. He kept all the wealth and power to himself, and a few other nobles. The people starved in the city, and any who tried to oppose them were executed. Someone eventually killed them."

'Well all of that left a sour taste upon my tongue" she said, shivering a bit "Like a horror tale but within the fabric of reality".

She nods "Reality can sometimes be harder, but we have to be ready for that. I was one of the people who lived in that city. Do you think the person that killed them was justified?"

"No, they did it for power and power is never a means for such slaughter" she said "Im not saying they deserved to die but I am glad they are dead"

"I think that person, Joshua, deserved the death he got. What happened afterwards, however was.... Well, it was interesting to say the least"

"Well now you have me hooked upon this story" she said and chuckled "Recount for me this tale"

"Well.... As Joshua was killed, a war broke out between the people, and the nobles loyal to him"

"Bloody no doubt" Allison said, voice was tinted with disgust.

She nods "It was long and gruesome... No one thought itd end until one side was completely incapacitated. Until recently.."

Allison raised an eyebrow "Recently?" She asked

She nods "Recently, a small group of individuals went to the city, Eligas... And ended the war. In a way both sides agreed to in peace."

"Thats sounds nice I suppose, what grounds was it agreed upon?"

"There are now 3 ruling Eligas. One on the nobles side, one of the people, and one neutral party."

"You should've thought of that before using it to try to get away from us," Soldaer says. You notice he still has a bit of a cold edge to his voice, and his eyes are gleaming with anger slightly still.
