"If I did...then you probably deserved it. I don't do stuff like that unless an Archdevil tells me to." Spawn explains dryly. "Also...I don't have a soul."

"Oh [1GP], yeah I forgot... that usually works on humans. B-but still, I'll, um, eviscerate you?" He shrinks some and looks very un-intimidating.

*Behold Valvyre, the wimpy ice devil!*

"I've been eviscerated before. Try something new."

Valvyre attempts to breathe ravaging cold on Spawn, but it just produces a cooling mist.

"How did you get promoted that high?" Xorius asks from behind him. "You seem rather incompetent."

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH! I used to be higher up... They called me "The Biting Frost" for a while, back when I was a [[BIG SHOT]], but without my platoon I'll probably be back to a lemure in a few days... So that's why I'm gonna kill you!!"

Xorius laughs. "You're going to kill me? Go ahead."

"I meant HIM, but after I kill him, I kill you!"

"This might be entertaining, but I'm guessing it will just be pathetic."

In the distance, a powerful storm appears out of nowhere. Hurricane-force winds beat the trees, and multiple bolts of lightning strike the ground. Suddenly, a huge winged shape appears in the midst of the storm, almost appearing to be physically battling it. Eventually, the storm subsides, almost as though the shape willed it to stop. The shape closes quickly on the tavern, slowing down and gliding as it gets within about 500 ft of the tavern.

At this point, it is obvious that it is a dragon, although it is different from any dragon anyone has seen before. It has polished black scales with silver highlights along the spine, eyebrows, shoulders, and the edges of the "arms" that its wings are on. Instead of the usual forward-pointing horns most black dragons have, it's horns point backwards, and are curled halfway along their length, doing a complete circle that leads to a slightly-upward pointing tip. It's head is more akin to the shape of a Green or Topaz Dragon's, and a row of curved, almost needlelike spines, run from the top of its head to about a third of the way down its tail. On the end of its tail, where the tip should be, is instead a blade that seems to be made out of the dragon's own bone. It's eyes are a deep green color, almost like a pine tree's needles when viewed at twilight.

Noble-077 readies himself with his assault rifle in hand. "Uh...we've got a situation...it's pretty big."

Mithris looks at him. "What are you doing?"

"Preparing for a worst case scenario." Noble looks back at Mithris, "Is this normal for you or something?"

E looks over "... What exactly is happening?"

"There's a big lizard outside...and I'm not sure if it's a friend or foe. I'm used to not having any back up...but I'm a little skeptical about this..."

"Big lizard?" She looks outside "Thats.... A dragon. Whats there to be skeptical about?"

"It's huge! I've never fought anything like that before and hope I never have to..."

"Then dont fight it. Simple. Dragons are smart, and definitely reasonable."

"Good to know." Noble nods and then gives E a salute. "I am Captain Noble-077 of the Helljumper Marine Corps. At your service."

"Im Enethia. Resident resident of the tavern."

"It's a pleasure meeting you, Enethia." Noble says happily. "I'm here to serve and protect."

"Serve and protect who, exactly? What world are you from?"

"The free people of the multiverse. I was born and raised on a world named Reach. It was where I was brought up as a Spartan. I fight for humanity- or what's left of it."

The dragon notices Mithris rather quickly, and, of course her true form, and bows (As well as a dragon can, lol). "Greetings. I am Phantomizakell, or Phantom. I'm not exactly sure how I got... wherever here is, but I'm not here to hurt anyone. I was attempting to stop the storm a rogue Stormtamer Dragon created and was attempting to use to destroy a city, and somehow both me and the storm got teleported to this world."

*It has truesight? Most dragons don't have truesight.*

*Yep. At least this one does. He's a... unique case from my campaign setting, lol. Very old (Around at the Creation War old) and yet still in the form of an Adult dragon*

"Hello, Phantomizakell. My name is Mithris. It's nice to meet you."

"The pleasure is mine." He then switches to draconic "It has been a long time since I was in the company of a Copper such as yourself."

With that, a mist suddenly appears and swirls around him, and when it dissipates, there's a handsome moon elf standing there. He has silver-white hair, pale skin, and the same deep green eyes that he had in dragon form. He's wearing simple leather armor with a grey-blue hooded cloak on his back. He has a bow slung over one shoulder, a couple wands on his hips, as well as a pair of longswords.

"I'd prefer if you don't talk about that in public. It's not something I share with most others before I get to know them. But what kind are you, exactly?"

"Wolfe. Okay, let me get this straight. You set up a competition, which has only me and you, and you didn't even bother to tell me until now? Do you realize how backwards that was?" Wolfe doesn't seem too mad, just slightly annoyed.

"Sorry, I was up all night planning what song I would play and I, um, kind of overlooked that small though vastly important detail. Sorry, Wolfe."

She sighed. "Kid......" More sighing. "I'll compete, but don't expect me to go easy like last time."

"Mentally, I'm twenty. It's this dumb rod's fault that I look twelve and wimpy 12-year-old arms."

"Then why do you have it?"

"Because... aarakocra. It's our duty. UNITY, DUTY, DESTINY!!" Tevelin is suddenly shouting.

"If I did...then you probably deserved it. I don't do stuff like that unless an Archdevil tells me to." Spawn explains dryly. "Also...I don't have a soul."

"Oh [1GP], yeah I forgot... that usually works on humans. B-but still, I'll, um, eviscerate you?" He shrinks some and looks very un-intimidating.

*Behold Valvyre, the wimpy ice devil!*

"I've been eviscerated before. Try something new."

Valvyre attempts to breathe ravaging cold on Spawn, but it just produces a cooling mist.

"How did you get promoted that high?" Xorius asks from behind him. "You seem rather incompetent."

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH! I used to be higher up... They called me "The Biting Frost" for a while, back when I was a [[BIG SHOT]], but without my platoon I'll probably be back to a lemure in a few days... So that's why I'm gonna kill you!!"

Xorius laughs. "You're going to kill me? Go ahead."

"I meant HIM, but after I kill him, I kill you!"

"You should demote him to an imp so I can have him as a snack."

"Sadly, I can't, unless he serves under me. And trust me, no one that incompetent would serve under me."

In the distance, a powerful storm appears out of nowhere. Hurricane-force winds beat the trees, and multiple bolts of lightning strike the ground. Suddenly, a huge winged shape appears in the midst of the storm, almost appearing to be physically battling it. Eventually, the storm subsides, almost as though the shape willed it to stop. The shape closes quickly on the tavern, slowing down and gliding as it gets within about 500 ft of the tavern.

At this point, it is obvious that it is a dragon, although it is different from any dragon anyone has seen before. It has polished black scales with silver highlights along the spine, eyebrows, shoulders, and the edges of the "arms" that its wings are on. Instead of the usual forward-pointing horns most black dragons have, it's horns point backwards, and are curled halfway along their length, doing a complete circle that leads to a slightly-upward pointing tip. It's head is more akin to the shape of a Green or Topaz Dragon's, and a row of curved, almost needlelike spines, run from the top of its head to about a third of the way down its tail. On the end of its tail, where the tip should be, is instead a blade that seems to be made out of the dragon's own bone. It's eyes are a deep green color, almost like a pine tree's needles when viewed at twilight.

Noble-077 readies himself with his assault rifle in hand. "Uh...we've got a situation...it's pretty big."

Mithris looks at him. "What are you doing?"

"Preparing for a worst case scenario." Noble looks back at Mithris, "Is this normal for you or something?"

"Pretty normal."

"Ah." Noble nods and puts away his rifle. "Alright then...Um, I'm Captain Noble-077 of the Helljumper Marine Corps. At your services." He gives Mithris a salute.

"My name is Mithris. It's nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you, too." Noble's visor glints in the sun light. "I'm looking for new recruits, but I'm also stationed here to scout out the area as well."

"Recruits to do what?"

"Sorry, I was up all night planning what song I would play and I, um, kind of overlooked that small though vastly important detail. Sorry, Wolfe."

She sighed. "Kid......" More sighing. "I'll compete, but don't expect me to go easy like last time."

"Mentally, I'm twenty. It's this dumb rod's fault that I look twelve and wimpy 12-year-old arms."

"Then why do you have it?"

"Because... aarakocra. It's our duty. UNITY, DUTY, DESTINY!!" Tevelin is suddenly shouting.

It's head is more akin to the shape of a Green or Topaz Dragon's, and a row of curved, almost needlelike spines, run from the top of its head to about a third of the way down its tail. On the end of its tail, where the tip should be, is instead a blade that seems to be made out of the dragon's own bone. It's eyes are a deep green color, almost like a pine tree's needles when viewed at twilight.

Noble-077 readies himself with his assault rifle in hand. "Uh...we've got a situation...it's pretty big."

Mithris looks at him. "What are you doing?"

"Preparing for a worst case scenario." Noble looks back at Mithris, "Is this normal for you or something?"

"Pretty normal."

"Ah." Noble nods and puts away his rifle. "Alright then...Um, I'm Captain Noble-077 of the Helljumper Marine Corps. At your services." He gives Mithris a salute.

"My name is Mithris. It's nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you, too." Noble's visor glints in the sun light. "I'm looking for new recruits, but I'm also stationed here to scout out the area as well."

"Recruits to do what?"

"Serve and protect the free people of the multiverse."

"That's very vague."
