They look at it for a minute before eating it as well.

Vega continues rummaging in his bag for a moment, pulling out a couple different items. A silver spoon, a pocketwatch that has six hands, a bag of random metal stars, and finally he pulls out a roll of bandages, setting it on the table

He grabs a strip of bandage, covering a cut on his other hand

*Holy heck thats good*

"You are hurt?" They ask, eyes narrowing a bit to study the wound

Timber is excited, now that they have a name. "Hi! You're a kid too! I'm Timber!"

Oval looks frightened and hides behind Vega, They are a skittish kid.

"Oh, oh... I'm sorry. Did I scare you? It's okay, I get scared a lot too..." Timber realises that they erred.

"..Its ok" they say and give a small smile "Im Oval... This is Vega" they say

"It's nice to meet you! I just got a name!"

"Its a good name" they said and nodded their head

"Thanks!"

Avery is sitting on the beach next to taceli (I think), concerned that they've gone relativly catatonic

*DIsabling Sharlene for a bit.*

Taceli is very much in a state of shock, staying curled up in a fetal position.

Avery pats her on the side

"I killed him.... I killed him... I killed him...."

"No, you didn't kill him."

No response, she continues muttering the phrase.

Avery sighs, pulling her up into a hug, "Its alright, calm down."

She bursts out crying. "I KILLED HIM! I KILLED HIM, AVERY!"

"Its not your fault, it was that man that killed him."

"BUT HE WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN KILLED IF I HAD JUST NOT BEEN STUPID!" She continues sobbing.

"Shhh, calm down. Think clearly,"

She sniffles and continues her meltdown.

Avery continues trying to console her, rocking back and forth a little

*Sorry 'bout that, got distracted by a short series of videos.*

She cries until she's gotten tired enough to fall asleep.

*Its chill*

Avery hums lightly, holding the sleeping kobold tightly,

She snores a bit, some snot leaking out from crying.

He lets out a light laugh, pulling out a box of tissues for her when she wakes up

She doesn't look like she's going to wake up anytime soon.

Avery takes one of the tissues, wiping her nose

The child is sitting on the couch, sniffling occasionally but looking relatively calm.

Thirteen has come out of his room, but is sitting at the bar drinking tea and not talking to anyone.

Caramel is looking after Albwin from the shadows.

Albwin walks up to the child.

"H-hello. Who are you? I'm... well, I don't really have a name..." The child (nonbinary tabaxi, about seven) hops off the couch and shakes their hand.

"I'm Albwin." He shakes the kids hand. "Can I call you Timber?"

"Sure! That's a really good name!" Timber smiles. "N-nice to meet you, Albwin."

"Where are you from?"

"A big city... I think it was called Waterdeep... but then I was being chased by those mean men and I fell in a weird puddle and I came out here!" When not afraid, Timber is quite the chatterbox.

"Sounds nice."

"It wasn't... everyone chased me and tried to catch me and I had to steal food and then they got even madder..." Timber sniffles a little.

Albwin shuffles his feet. "I know how that is..."

"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to. Its okay."

They take the bandage and start wrapping Vega's hand "Bandage"

*Yeah, its great. My prefered version is a giant person who looks scary, but is nice and wholesome*

"Yep, thats a bandage," He says, letting them wrap his hand

Oval looks frightened and hides behind Vega, They are a skittish kid.

"Woah," Vega instinctly move a hand to block timber from moving to oval, "You're a bit rambunkish, aren't you?"

"What's that mean?" Timber tilts their feline head.

"Full of energy."

"Oh. Then yeah!"

"Its a good name" they said and nodded their head

"Thanks!"

Oval nods. They are helping Vega by bandaging their hand

"Are you okay?"

Avery is sitting on the beach next to taceli (I think), concerned that they've gone relativly catatonic

*DIsabling Sharlene for a bit.*

Taceli is very much in a state of shock, staying curled up in a fetal position.

Avery pats her on the side

"I killed him.... I killed him... I killed him...."

"No, you didn't kill him."

No response, she continues muttering the phrase.

Avery sighs, pulling her up into a hug, "Its alright, calm down."

She bursts out crying. "I KILLED HIM! I KILLED HIM, AVERY!"

"Its not your fault, it was that man that killed him."

"BUT HE WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN KILLED IF I HAD JUST NOT BEEN STUPID!" She continues sobbing.

"Shhh, calm down. Think clearly,"

She sniffles and continues her meltdown.

Avery continues trying to console her, rocking back and forth a little

*Sorry 'bout that, got distracted by a short series of videos.*

She cries until she's gotten tired enough to fall asleep.

*Its chill*

Avery hums lightly, holding the sleeping kobold tightly,

She snores a bit, some snot leaking out from crying.

He lets out a light laugh, pulling out a box of tissues for her when she wakes up

She doesn't look like she's going to wake up anytime soon.

Avery takes one of the tissues, wiping her nose

She mutters in her sleep a bit.

*I'm back, sounds like things have gotten pretty grim for Taceli*

The child is sitting on the couch, sniffling occasionally but looking relatively calm.

Thirteen has come out of his room, but is sitting at the bar drinking tea and not talking to anyone.

Caramel is looking after Albwin from the shadows.

Albwin walks up to the child.

"H-hello. Who are you? I'm... well, I don't really have a name..." The child (nonbinary tabaxi, about seven) hops off the couch and shakes their hand.

"I'm Albwin." He shakes the kids hand. "Can I call you Timber?"

"Sure! That's a really good name!" Timber smiles. "N-nice to meet you, Albwin."

"Where are you from?"

"A big city... I think it was called Waterdeep... but then I was being chased by those mean men and I fell in a weird puddle and I came out here!" When not afraid, Timber is quite the chatterbox.

"Sounds nice."

"It wasn't... everyone chased me and tried to catch me and I had to steal food and then they got even madder..." Timber sniffles a little.

Albwin shuffles his feet. "I know how that is..."

"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to. Its okay."

"No. Its fine. My mom and dad were killed by skeletons, and well I had to run or else I would've been killed." he points at a light scar on his arm. "I got this from getting hit by one of their swords."
