A 5'10 woman walks in, looking around with a very jovial/inquisitive facial expression. She has a mixture of different types of clothing, it seems both expensive and cheap somehow, comfortable but restricting at the same time. *Not bothering with specifics, enjoy your imagination on that bit* Her hair was long, messy, and very wild. A bit of it hung over the left half of her face, hiding it. It was chocolate brown, with streaks of cherry red colors running through it occasionally. Her right eye was emerald green, and she had a tattoo of a black club (like from a card set) on her cheek below her eye. Her skin was a very healthy color, and seemed natural, with no makeup. She looked around for a bit before walking over to a table and pulling out a deck of cards and shuffling them.
Arc is floating around, taking in small details about the tavern and it's people.
Sharlene is taking the day off, laying on a couch.
*Actives, but also inactives, basically I can replace someone with them if someone isn't getting any action.*
Taceli is depressed in her room.
Ettor is napping in his usual spot.
*Annnnnd imma mess with her*
There is a loud knock on the door
No answer.
"Uhm, Taceli? Are ya in there?" A familiar voice says
The door creaked open just enough for a single golden eye to peer from the darkness.
A Bearded Devil that looks a lot like Theren stands there. "Hey..." he says nervously
The eye disappeared and there was a thud.
"Taceli?" Theren cautiously tries to push open the door
It creaks open easily, and Taceli is laying on the floor, seemingly frozen. Her room is very messy, and her scales have gotten dull, and she isn't wearing her jewelry.
"Oh geez." Theren mutters. He walks in and starts to clean up the room
She still lies frozen on the floor, her room is messy in the natural sense, dust and cobwebs everywhere, some bugs crawling around, and the curtains were pulled closed, leaving it mostly dark.
Theren opens the curtains and starts dusting. "Gods Taceli...."
She still seems to be frozen on the ground.
After Theren finishes cleaning he sits her up on the bed and pulls over a chair. "Are you alright?"
She is stiff as a board and doesn't answer.
Theren sighs and places his head in his hands. "Look I know I was a bit of an idiot...."

Timber, seeing Taceli's window open, yells to Theren, "HEY! SHOULD I ADD MUSTARD SEEDS OR BASIL?"
"Who are you?"
"I'm Timber! I'm making soup!" She gestures to the old pot and the makeshift fire.
"Uhm. Basil!"
"Okay!" Timber happily adds some chopped basil to the light brown soup. "You want some?" She asks Theren.
"Yea. Can you bring two bowls?"
"Okay!" Timber runs around to the trash cans to look for bowls.
*She got all the resources from the forest or the trash cans, rethinking that soup decision Theren? >:)*
*Very much so*
Theren disappears from the window
*>:D*
Timber returns to the pot with two slightly dirty bowls and stirs it with a stick.
"On second thought I'm not hungry...."
"You sure?" She sprinkles on some salt and pepper.
"Yep."
"Well, okay." She tastes the soup and stamps out the fire. "It's ready. Last chance..."
"No thanks."
Timber gazes hungrily at the soup, which is light brown and floating with chunks of carrot and chicken. "One more time, are you absolutely, dapsolutely sure?"

"Hello there. What is your name?"
*Can I have a desc. of Caelum?*
She smiled. "Hey, there! Also, shouldn't you wait a bit before you ask someone their name?"
*5' 8" ish elvish woman with silver hair, pale skin, silver clothes, and no visible weapons. Different with truesight, though.*
"I find the build up rather pointless. My name is Caelum."
"Babe, the buildup is the best part! It could be the final showdown of a long awaited fight, or the expected reunion of old friends, the buildup to them are equally exciting."
"If you've lived as long as I have, you get a little tired of people wasting your time with small talk you've heard before."
*Does she look any different with truesight? Just wondering.*
*Nope, not at all.*
"But I love small talk! You need to loosen up, take in as much enjoyment from everything at once." She flicked her hand, a playing card appearing in her hand. "It's what lead me to such an enjoyable life so far."
"I don't honestly have that much time to relax and loosen up. I have to protect my people."
"And who are your people, if I may ask?"
"Those who live in my city."
She laughed a bit. "Not to sound assumptuous, babe, but if you want to protect them, how come you're not there?"
"My armies can protect them in my stead. I'm searching the multiverse in search of two things: allies, and, if necessary, a place to move the people of my world if our war is unsuccessful."
She squealed with delight. "Oh, how sweet! You seem very honorable." She flipped over the card she pulled out, revealing an ace of spades. "Well, my schedule is pretty free, so if you ever need something, I'll be here. Though, if you're looking for allies good at combat, you may be out of luck." She put the card into Caelum's hand. "Ace, by the way."
Klei looks over at her, recognition and frustration written on his face.
*Ooohhh, yeah, she was the one who played that card game with him, yeah? Surprised you remembered.*
She either doesn't notice, or pretends to not notice.
Klei continues glaring at her, he takes out a deck of cards and attempts to shuffle them dramatically while still glaring at her, but drops the cards. "Oh [1GP]" He scrambles to pick up the cards and still seem intimidating but fails miserably.
She sees this failure as she walks over and chuckles. "Still hopeless as ever?"
"Shut it" He growls, shuffling the cards properly. "Still a cheater?"
"Oh, don't be a sore loser..." She chuckled. "... no one likes that. Besides, I didn't even need to cheat against you."
"It's been a while. I'd say I could beat you but..." Klei sighs. "That would be untrue. It's important to tell the truth sometimes."
"Speaking of beating..." She spread some cards on the bar top. "... care for a game?" She asks smugly.
"I wouldn't beat you anyway..." Klei looks dejected for a moment, then grins. "I'd PULVERIZE you. Deal me in."
"You wanna play a specific game, or you wanna let me decide again?"

"If you want, you can pick."
"Hm, let's let you pick this time, it didn't turn out so well for you back in Neverwinter when I picked..."
Klei bristles. "YOU- okay, calm down, Klei. How about blackjack?"

Caelum walks up to her.
"Hello there. What is your name?"
*Can I have a desc. of Caelum?*
She smiled. "Hey, there! Also, shouldn't you wait a bit before you ask someone their name?"

Why the heck would she be mad at you? If anything, you'd be the one to be mad, seeing as how, well, you know...
I am an Arachpriest, Cat Cultist, Sauce Monk, Angel of Death, and First Spinjitzu Master.
I play Thirteen the necromancer elf, Timber the tabaxi child, and more at the tavern. Hope you like yams!
Oh yeah, don't forget to be kind and loving and stuff. Not on during weekends.
Theren glares at Thirteen, clearly mad.

Timber gazes hungrily at the soup, which is light brown and floating with chunks of carrot and chicken. "One more time, are you absolutely, dapsolutely sure?"

Timber shoves her face into the pot, devouring it utterly. "I should make more and see if the other kids want any. I need to get to the creek!" She gets up, and you can see a third of a chicken laying by the cooking site.
