Quick question, and I'll send as a DM as well just to assure the swiftest response, but I'll keep it here as well because others may benefit. But have you been able to find/make some underground/sewer type living maps? My characters just ended in a sewer so that's why I'm asking and I haven't been able to locate any!
The first game that comes to mind is Vampire: Bloodlines. They're really beautiful scenes (for sewers) and I happen to own the game so I could generate a set of them.
Aside from this, Oblivion has sewers in the capital city that could potentially be used but they're very squat by comparison.
Was there a game you had in mind?
Typically I only take requests from the DMGE patreon, but I'll make an exception in this case given I have the games loaded.
Another one might be Hitman but that gets very modern, I don't own the game and offhand I can't think of which levels have sewers.
I don't know of any games that have running water, but Bloodlines has the source engines water and environment reflections.
You're a boss man! That being said I feel wrong to tell you what to do since I'm not on the patreon. However, if you decide to make some sewer maps from Bloodlines or Oblivion I will 100% be super happy and use them! I don't have a super great laptop, but my brother was supposed to bring his laptop to me last night when we played and I would have followed your tutorial to make my own. Because he forgot it, I will be getting it Friday, but we meet again on Tuesday, because it will be my first time making a map, it may not get done in time, so if you did make some maps, say before Tuesday, I would be like SUPER in your debt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But ANY game works, but I will say I was hoping that water would be a hazard on the map(s), doesn't need to be much, but if they fall in I think that would be cool to have their characters deal with.

It's free, requires no accounts and can play movies or YouTube videos as a map!
