*You rolled that with disadvantage, but! It was a 12+6. You did it,* She takes a breath, opening her eyes, and doesn't feel anything, no pain, no blood in her lungs, nothing.
She hands them what appears to be a broken pocket watch, "It can stop time for six seconds at the most when it works." (Roll a d4 for it, evens you get an extra action, basically an action surge or single use time stop, odds it backfires and you lose your next turn as if stunned.)
