As someone who used to (and officially still does) stutter from time to time, I just want to point out that it isn’t a “letter” that gets stammered, it’s a sound. So it might be “t-t-time,” but it would be “th-th-this,” not “t-t-this.”
Oh I’m sorry. I don’t really know too much about stuttering in general even though I do it as well but a stutter would fit with a particular character idea I’ve been thinking about for a while.
When I am not doing D&D related stuff, I tend to write. Whether that's short stories in my head (all in various stages of near completion), a novel (I've been working on for eons, that I touch on here and there), poetry (is it really poetry?), lyrics (no longer play anything, but often hear music in my head that I write lyrics to... the poetry and lyrics often bleed together).
I enjoyed writing, filming and editing a series I created called "Neverending Nights." I keep thinking about going back to it - doing more. I finished the original story (ran 3 "Seasons" - 65 episodes). But there's still more in my head for the series. However, Machinima (which is the "art" I used to make the series) is pretty much a dead media. Also, getting everyone to do their voices and back to me is difficult - because everyone has moved away (and different mics, different quality is such a pain to try and fix). So I doubt I will ever go back and explore the other ideas I have in my head for this series. Now I just promote it by posting about it now and then on Twitter/X/Whatever and Facebook. The series originally got us more recognition than I would have imagined when we initially launched the series - such as being in PC Gamer UK, getting into E3 under the Atari Badge, interviewed on Bioware's website, etc. etc.
I used to collect Star Wars LEGO (primarily from the original trilogy ANH, ESB and RotJ) - and I have a metric ton of them. But these days, with finances what they are, I can no longer do that. Also used to collect He-Man figures, was getting the re-released "Retro Play" figures (have a bunch) but also had to stop that because of said financial issues. I used to collect (primarily Marvel) comics - but back in 2020, when my wife's health issues surfaced, and our finances crushed us because she could no longer work due to health issues, I stopped (and I don't miss it - because I was just collecting at this point because I'd been collecting since like 1979 and had so many runs that were not missing issues). During this time, I was also doing/hosting a podcast called "The Comic Relief Podcast" - but my co-host, Maico, ended up with brain cancer - he thankfully survived and had surgery and is doing amazing. My wife became my co-host (she was a few times when Maico couldn't make it prior too) - but again, she had her health issues. So that also came to a halt.
So a lot of my time, if I am not doing D&D, I am focusing on my "Let's Play Sierra Games" Youtube Channel. Sierra Games (King's Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, Police Quest, Gabriel Knight, and so many more) were a heavy part of my childhood. So I've been replying them for the channel (for myself - many of them I've replayed a thousand times, but some I'd only replayed a few times, and some still I had never beat) - and I do commentary after each of the games is beat. Reflecting back about the game, and sometimes, rambling about my own life. It's been very fun. I never expected to get more than 100 subs. Then somehow I reached 500. And I was shocked. Then now sitting at like 700. Now I am striving to reach 1,000 so I can monetize the channel and get a little extra money (whatever it might be - every bit helps).
If you're familiar with Dragonlance - Kender and I have one thing in common - do not let me get bored. It goes poorly for everyone.
You ever do too much research for writing? Me, I'm learning duolingo hawaiian because one of my book characters is from there. She's not even fluent, but here I am, surrounded by digital Mahalos and Alohas just because I want it to be authentic.

I once spent over a week researching the Witcher canon just to write a subclass, and almost two weeks researching IRL alchemy lore to write another subclass. Considering I probably spent more time researching those weeks than I did working, that’s a lot of research for two subclasses just to strive for authenticity.

I barely have hobbies since starting my gender transition tbh. This shit takes up so much time and money you wouldn't believe it.
For a while I was singing and arranging music. That was extremely fun and fulfilling but the people I was working with just kinda stopped. Guess it's a good thing I never went and invested in an expensive recording setup.
Like most people in my age group I play video games sometimes. But I don't consider watching TV a hobby and I don't really consider playing video games a hobby either, at least not the way I do it. Curiously, I do consider playing board games a hobby, and I don't think I can explain that discrepancy. However, I don't play often enough to feel like it's a hobby for me specifically.
For a couple years I was painting miniatures. I haven't done much lately. Everything's just been gathering dust for a few months. I don't have a lot of space. My painting space is also my computer space, it's where I play Magic, it's where I draw. It's where I play D&D, where I shop half the time, and where I watch cartoons and stuff. And the computer chair holds all my clothes during the nighttime.
I guess I have a lot of hobbies, I just don't devote a whole lot of time to any of them. I'm a mess.

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

FYI: A stutter is often a sign of high mental acuity, it’s often caused by our brains moving too fast for our mouths to keep up.
