'Ok, right. That explains it. Even I'm not that hardcore. Ya lived in many other sewers other than this one?'

“Hmm… one.”

'Where was it, and what was it like? I bet you have some stories to tell...'

“It was in a giant city. Too much light, and there was a thieves guild and a kobold tribe.”

'Oh, that happened to me once. Stonekeep City Thieves' Guild were already there. But they hadn't taken possession of some of the smaller, nastier tunnels, the ones you have to crawl or swim through, so I set up in there and leeched off their resources. Fun times'

WHAT CITY WAS THAT? the Sweeper asks Kappar.

'Why d'ya ask?'

The Grim Sweeper shrugs, SIMPLY WONDERING.

'Ya wanna hear adventure stories of life underground? I can do that too' Flint reels off a load of stories about living in the sewers of various cities

“I don’t remember.” He says to Death.

'Fair enough.' Flint looks at Kapar and thinks he notices something odd 11 + 1

Death listens intently to the stories. 

Kapar’s arms are way too long and it looks like he has webbed hands.

'So, there was this time when I was in Pohaku City, lovely city, shame the sewers had to back up, nearly drowned. I was out of there the next morning... So there was this time when some dumb barbarian guy tried to kill me, chased me down a latrine and he, with his stupid big muscles, got stuck in there... there was this time when...'

Death listens to the stories, laughing when appropriate, and occasionally laughing at odd times because he thinks that is what you're supposed to do when listening to others.

Flint is happy that someone is enjoying his honestly rather disgusting stories. He has a good memory of pretty much everything that has happened to him.

So does Death. He doesn't forget much.

Occasionally he will say some strange comment or have some dark interjection to include, but for the most part he isn't too disruptively grim.

Flint is enjoying Death's company. Not so much he wants to be with Death permanently though...

*What comments does Death make? It would be funny to have an example!*

The Grim Sweeper says things like:

POHAKU CITY? I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE. THERE WAS A HUGE MASSACRE A WHILE BACK.

SO YOU ARE THE ONE WHO GOT THAT BARBARIAN STUCK IN THE LATRINE! HE SUFFOCATED TO DEATH IN THERE.

HE WHO LIVES BY THE SWORD DIES BY THE SWORD.

OH YES, I HAVE MET THAT PERSON A FEW WEEKS AGO. CHOKED ON A BURRITO.
