Flint is near to Castaigne, and is scavenging in a trash heap. He seems to be in a good mood, and is humming to Hi.
The crocodilian sets out some free samples of the food they serve inside. It looks as though this food might be from another plane, most likely the Shadowfell.
Flint smells free samples, and is there quicker than you could say potato tacos. He stuffs the free samples into his face, eating way more than the average person

The flavors are somewhat muted and dark, and have a pleasant fermented flavor. Some of them are also squirming.

On noticing that one of the samples is squirming, he drops it. He hasn't eaten any of the squirming ones, and does not intend to. They sort of freak him out. Hi, on the other hand, has no problem with it. 'These are... interesting?'
