"Oh yeah. There's more. I built a theme park called Greasyworld outside."
"A theme park? What is that" Phantom asks curious as he flies up so he is more eye level with the giant Will.
"It's like... well, I guess you don't have anything to compare it to. It's basically a place to have fun and eat well."
"That sounds fun! Would I be able to check it out, or am I overstaying my welcome?" Phantom asks. "I mean, I never actually got permission to be here...."

"Um...well it would be rude to refuse. But what do you mean punishing them for their "light" sins?"
"Marvelous." He turns around and starts to walk towards a hole in the ground surrounded by red ooze. "And to answer your question, another death god came before I took this form and after my old pals fell. Goes by the name Faltos or something. They took the pure evil people, leaving the not so evil to me. I don't want to punish the good. I'm not a monster. Sometimes. Dominition is residing in his plagued valley, and begins forming a town.
This town will be better than any other town before it!
And as the town grows, as does the monastery in the middle of it. People have begun to come to learn the Way of Mercy. However, they changed the name to the Warrior of Mercy, to more fit their skills.
A small group of Aasimar join the monastery, bearing the aura given to those who were risen by the Twin Flames, and rather quickly they are within the top in these styles of monkhood.
Dominition, upon observing the progress of his worshippers/monks, sees this small group and, upon further examination, detects the presence of another Will, or rather, multiple Wills, on them. He questions.interrogates them about this, asking them where they originate from.
<Who are the Twin Flames? I think I've heard them mentioned before.>
*the Twin Flames are two flames, one a perpetual whirl of neon colors, the other pure black with occasional white specks. They have the ability to reattach souls to what remains of their bodies and replace what is missing with spectral limbs. They follow a motto of ‘Death is a part of life, but there is a line between what type’. They only revive those who’s deaths could have been prevented.*
The oldest, her wings missing several feathers which are replaced by a ghost like apparition, is the first to speak. “We are the Laecron Sisters. Our old village was destroyed by worshippers of Faltros who sacrificed us in their name.” She reveals her wrist, which too have the spectral image as her feathers. “They cut off our hands and we were dead. For a while. But the Twin Flames rose us. We owe them our lives, and while we may see them highly, we choose to follow your ways.”

Dominition simply nods and walks away. His head is spinning. A Will that could raise people from the dead at will? That seems impossible... yet... Dominition sees how it is possible, too. He wonders if he can do something similar, and starts concentrating very hard. At first, nothing happens, but then... yes! It works! A small vial appears in his hands, a grey, cloudy liquid. He runs outside and drops a single drop on a tree. Instantly, it withers away and dies. However, a ghostly form remains, in what appears to be a ghost. He smiles maliciously as he starts bending the tree to his will. He dispels the tree, and grins evilly.

*Okay... nice. One problem. The Twin Flames watch over all their risen.*
Once he dispels the tree he feels his control over it fade as a similarly spectral tree grows back. The remains of its body are repurposed to give it a frame, all the blank spaces filled with the same spectral form the Aasimar sisters had. Two voices penetrate Dominition's mind, switching between each other. "Know that for" "Every soul" "You use" "This way" "Once you" "Dispel it" "We will bring" "It back"

The entity is beginning to worry that the guards would not return, or grant him an audience with Cogintius.
Maybe I should go back to that kid... ask him for some more advice.
He stares up at the guards, who seem to be watching him intently. He sighs.
