*Hey, how have you been? Want to roleplay? I will probably be a little slow because I'm writing something else at the same time.*
*sure! I’ve been great. And by the way just as a reminder, Crotalus is next in line to become an overdeity*
the crown of slaughter is On Crotalus while it’s trying to figure out the best way to kill Faltros.
*Awesome to all of that. There isn't any openings though, right?*
The Crown feels the blazing hot mind of Crotalus, akin to the glare of the desert sun, reach out. Crown, how much do you know about Faltros?
*not yet. Unless Crotalus and the crown can make one :>*
I know as much as Herionidus did. Demon of fear, flame, and the souls of the wicked. Ruler of the underworld, one of three overwills. Incredibly dangerous. Worked with the swarm.

Perhaps his pride. He believes himself to be the strongest being in the universe. And I believe his sword gives him some of his extraordinary power.

I am not sure of much… but I believe it to be his true artifact. It gives him more power than he already has when he’s wielding it in combat. If we could steal it and use it against him…

Kagorax is still waiting for confirmation about the city, getting impatient.
A devil walks out. "Uh, sir, Faltros wants to speak to you face to face."
Kagorax sighs. "Take me to him."
"You go. You know where the throne room is. And I'd rather not get my soul slowly burned if he's angry-- I mean, I'd rather not disturb his privacy." The door opens.
Kagorax gives the devil a burning look and stomps off to the throne room, calling back over his shoulder, "Thank your lucky stars that I don't report your cowardice."
"We live deep, deep underground. We don't have 'lucky stars'." He mutters to himself.
In the throne room, Faltros is psychologically torturing a seemingly random mortal from the surface. Kagorax doesn't see anything, but the mortal is terrified. "Is someone there? Help, please! Anything to end this--" Faltros looks and sees Kagorax, then snaps his fingers and the mortal sinks into the ground while screaming in panic. "Ah, Kagorax. You have arrived." He sits in his throne.
"To the point, lord. I have waited long enough and my army tires."
"Ah, yes. The city. Why do you wish to build it? Creating strongholds on the surface could very much draw the ire of other Wills."
"I know now that we cannot cower here forever. The location of this place is no longer a secret and..." He breaks off, unsure about whether the next thing he's going to say is a good idea.
*he cant build it. or at least cant call it the city of chaos.*
*why can’t he?*
*we agreed on determining by highest power points, right? tempor has higher than 36000(the number you stated kagorax had), at 148000, last i checked*
*i don’t know if EJO ever agreed to that or whether you guys talked and discussed about it after, but I’m not sure. But Kagorax is doing it so I’ll just leave that up to you and EJO to discuss*
*Now we need a City of Chaos to complete the trifecta*
*Kagorax would probably be able and willing to do that.*
*how should we decide who does it?*
*Maybe the most powerful will? Kag has 36,000 power at the moment*
*148000 for tempor, and all the others are between that and yours*
*also, I just realized that I thought you were EJO. the response to 'why cant he' should have been: me and EJO agreed on determining by highest power points. tempor has higher than 36000(the number EJO stated kagorax had), at 148000, last i checked*
*Thats not really an agreement. He just gave a suggestion*
*he told me how he wanted to decide, I accepted it. that's an agreement.*

* Visk would definitely try and make the child laugh, he is the Jovial Drake after all.
Mephilia and Volumdremaak would try to play with the child.
Xezithic and the elemental quartet would probably either try to play with the child or if that doesn’t work cry with them to “share empathy” since they are not as familiar with abstract things alike being sad.
My secret Will would do most of these things to some degree depending on the circumstances, though not for really malicious reasons in regards to some of the less nice options.’

Volumdremaak and Mephilia are chilling in their kingdoms. They feel there power swell, but their ability to ascend to a high level seems to be hindered. *They have both reach 36,000 which would make them level 5 if there was availability*
Visk is still growing a forest.
The Elemental quartet are helping the rats with phase 2 of their goal.

The Elemental quartet are helping the rats with phase 2 of their goal.
With the seeds they have collected, they are sowing a small garden of Herionidian trees near the river bend. Others are tending to the fire, collected from the underworld, making sure it doesn’t go out at all costs. Others are making sure the soul stays in place and does not escape. Finally, the rest besides a few, are examining the Tupelo branch, and beginning to chip pieces off of it, slowly shaping it. Too early to say what they’re making. The rest, maybe 5, are keeping watch at the edges of the valley.

I’d imagine the quartet, by now can speak the rat’s sign language pretty fluently so:
the rats, after sowing the seeds and checking things over, ask if Aalto could somehow magically enhance their growth.
the rats have cleared away a small swathe of tall grass and brambles from where they are working, but still an enormous amount, 99 percent of the secluded area is still covered in these brambles. A few rats begin to work on trimming the brambles and grass, not uprooting them but simply cutting them so they can grow back overtime, and feeding the severed parts of the plants to the fire.
most of the rats, seeing how Enki handled it, stay away from the soul.

Zeon recalls the time it examined the Tupelo Tree and speaks to Aalto and Enki. The earthen child would pass the soul to Zeon to hold onto, before she and Aalto start working together to speed up the growth.
