its basically the most sandbox-ey kingdom builder imaginable, except everyone is part of the same nation and you literally do everything yourselves.
you make the laws, enforce it with an army, lead revolutions, technologically advance society, literally everything, and it’s very rules-lite.

So, making a character for Heckna, and I was thinking of making a mysterious trader who does not necessarily belong to the surreal world of colors and lights, but certainly doesn't belong outside of it. A machine that doesn't seem to have been built by anyone. An eternal state of decay and reconstruction. A jolly figure who still gets surprised by the strange goings on, but is never truly off-guard.
He lives in hell, but he finds meaning. Even when his friends are dying and turned into thralls and undead, he finds hope. He finds purpose in the senseless violence of the Revelia. He always finds a reason to laugh, even when things are tough, and always finds time to cry, even when he doesn't know the deceased.
Now if only I could make him in claymation...
