Blighted with an eldritch pox, born of a cursed, dying mother, or exposed to a horror of uncleanliness and filth, Bubonic Soul sorcerers are one of the most widely feared bloodlines. Their touch rots skin, their presence beckons rats and flies to them, and their form can become as horrific and deadly as the plagues that created the sorcerer in the first place.
Bubonic soul sorcerers are often inherently dangerous to mortal safety, and so often they are exiled from their homes or kept indoors and quarantined from others- that is, if any others survived their eldritch plague. There are multiple different, horribly dangerous poxes that can give rise to a Bubonic soul sorcerer. Among the most Notable of them are the Spider’s Kiss, the Godpox, and Umbral fever.

at 10th level, you no longer have resistance on saving throws against disease and instead become immune to all negative effects of disease. (Though you can still be a carrier.)
Shroud of Vermin
Starting at 6th level, your affinity with pestilence attracts vermin and swarms. You are immune to the effects of spells relating to swarms and vermin, such as Insect Plague, and swarms of tiny or small beasts of CR 2 or below cannot willingly attack you. You also learn the conjure animals spell, which does not count against the number of sorcerer spells you know, and which can only be used to summon swarms.
once you reach 10th level in this class, you gain greater dominion over vermin. As an action, you can spend 2 sorcery points to force all swarms of tiny or small beasts of CR 2 or lower within 120 ft. starting at 18th level, you become the epitome of awfulness. As an action, you can spend 5 sorcery points to cast conjure animals (vermin only) or spend 7 sorcery points to cast insect plague. A conjure animals or insect plague spell cast this way does not require concentration. If you concentrate on another spell while also maintaining a conjure animals or insect plague cast this way, you take necrotic damage equal to twice the level of the spell you were concentrating on once the spell you were concentrating on ends.
Note: I am… horrible at balancing, Eldritch Tide and Shroud of Vermin are probably way too powerful, balancing will come later. For now, I was just focusing on ✨vibes✨

I personally think it’s pretty good for a first time. The flavor is nice and it attempts to fill a specific niche, which any good subclass should do. The balancing does need a bit of work, but it’s honestly not that bad

IT LOOKS AWESOME! I’d even say it’s a bit underpowered. Most sorcerer subclasses get a free use of their 18th level ability before having to spend sorcery points to use it again.
