It's okay to accept that you're not feeling great. Over the last few years, I've personally realized that when I try to "tough it out" and "man up", things just go downhill from there. So -- it's okay to take a day off, sleep in, work on feeling better. And look -- everyone has these days. You're not alone.
But -- knowing what happiness is and coming back to where you started is hard. I'm not entirely sure what to say here -- hope you feel better, hope you figure this out -- and know that things'll get better. You are yourself -- you know what you need.
Also (for everyone) -- I know (nearly) none of you IRL, yet you all are great people. Keep being that way :)
