Might as well post MILLION DOLLAR BABY's info whilst I'm still thinking on a Close Range Power Type Stand, really don't want this thread or World's Pearl to die any time soon!
Stand Name: MILLION DOLLAR BABY Stand Type: Psychological Assault/Sentient Stand Appearance: MILLION DOLLAR BABY appears as a trailing cape made of dollar bills that appears on its User's back. It clings to its user with its gnarled claws, and has a grinning face like that of a goblin that peers over its users shoulder, having a row of sharp golden teeth and a pair of copper coins for eyes, in line with the traditions behind the preparation of a corpse for burial. Stand Ability: Whilst it possesses no combat ability at all, MILLION DOLLAR BABY is extremely powerful. It is aware of all possible timelines, and bestows its user the ability to transport somebody's mind to any timeline they like with just a touch. Since the Stand is aware of what timelines can and can't occur, it means the user has to check with the Stand if the timeline they are wanting to transport someone to are feasible, else nothing will happen. Shifts in a timeline can be as small or as drastic as is possible; it could be one singular event that is different in said timeline, in which case the victim may follow this in the short term, but when the timeline eventually loops back to the same events as the current, there will be little differences other than remembering said event differently to others. On the other hand, a person could have their mind shifted to a timeline that is entirely different (as long as it is feasibly possible), effectively leaving them completely helpless as their body is within a completely different timeline to their mind.
The user can shift as many people's minds as they want, however the drawback is that the user also has their mind transported to this timeline, but unlike the victim, they don't also have their current mind removed, instead, the mental timelines stack, causing an almost constant overlay of different timelines within the user's mind, which appears to others like the typical symptoms of madness (believing they're somewhere they're not, talking to themselves, etc). This can be negated by having the user transfer their whole mind to a timeline that is identical to the current, except they attained their Stand at a later date, and since they now believe they didn't have the ability to transfer minds before that, the earlier timelines in their head vanish, as to them it's like they never could have been there in the first place. However the user has to be careful with how they use their ability and live their life in general, just in case they reach a point where the events of the current timeline could not have happened without the user having had their Stand earlier, meaning this hack can no longer be utilised, as identical timelines without their Stand do not exist.
Let me know if you've got any questions, and thanks for reading all this if you did!
Shiverquill, that's the Almighty from Bleach... Is Million Dollar Baby a [gp]ing Heaven stand? Also, the appearance reminds me of Cheap Trick or that one gem loving Pokemon with the gems for eyes.

Never watched Bleach but hopefully that's a good comparison! I didn't mean for it to be ultra-powerful, the drawback is heavy enough that Harry can't just instantly transport everyone else to another entirely different timeline as otherwise he'd get stuck there too, multiple times over, with no way of escaping (as that event couldn't have happened without his Stand) and he isn't insane enough to literally condemn himself to what is effectively endless sensory overload of the highest degree. I was going for Cheap Trick with the design so I'm glad you got that, but Sableye is also a great similarity too!

It would literally be the best version of Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap if it weren't for the drawback. It is what it is though.

Yeah, I didn't want to make it super OP else it would be 'Boop, I've sent you to a timeline where you're trapped in prison and there's no way to get out unless I reliquish it. Sucks to sucks, although your mind isn't even perceiving that I'm here anymore.'
Okay, I've finalised the Close Range Power Type Stand I've been trying to come up with for a while, please tell me what you think and don't be afraid to critique it, it's still very much work in progress!
Stand Name: Chamber of Reflection Stand Type: Close Range Power Type Stand Appearance: Chamber of Reflection appears as a large, physically imposing humanoid. It has dark, jungle green skin, but lacks a proper neck or eyes, instead sporting a stump above its shoulders that bears a sinister grin. The rest of its body is clad in silver, black and maroon defensive plating, with the most notable parts of its attire being the huge silver bracers on its forearms and the maroon v-shape it bears across its chest. Stand Ability: Chamber of Reflection has the ability to mirror any damage it does to something or someone to a nearby object or creature. For example, if the Stand punched a tree, that punch could also be reflected to a nearby wall or person, granted the User can see both targets, effectively increasing the Stand's attack range without increasing its materialisation range. It also has the ability to scale up these reflections, but only on items and by an equivalent ratio to the item. So, if the User carved a symbol on a stone that covered 25% of it, they could reflect the same inscription onto a nearby wall, with the inscription also covering 25% of it.
It's very simple but could allow for some really cool tactics, please let me know if there's anything you'd change or if you've got any questions!
So we all know the Stardust Crusaders OVA did Dio much better than the anime did right? He threw a fish at Jotaro once!
The ova final fight will always be superior in my mind, mainly cos 1. It’s clear Dio and Jotaro were jumping about and not blatantly flying and 2. It’s way more intense and destructive lol

Not only that, it showed the true power of stands all the time. It showed that everyone except for Jotaro stood no chance, it was very good and I love it.

Oh yeah, the Justice fight earlier on in the OVA did a crazy job of showing just how busted Star Platinum was, and Hierophant Green and Magicians Red were so much better overall

They did the stands better, the voice acting, Dio’s time stop has literally no indication of when it would happen, and Dio throw fish at people. The only thing worse was the animation.
I hope Araki brings back Requiem Stands for Part 9. I don't know how he'd do it with the new universes' methods of gaining a stand, but each of the new universe's villain stands have had a strong themes of attraction and fortune, and I think the Lava Rocks could play into that to create a method of attaining one.
