Aggrotropica (head of faction)

Republic 

“Ruled” by the Heads of the Table, Bonde (Agriculturally Based) and Arpo (Military Based). Located in a mountainous region, they figured out how to grow food and survive in the harsh conditions. They realized that one ruler could let the power get to his head, so they elected to let the citizens decide everything. They still had two representatives that carry out the will of the people, but more often than not, their positions are purely decorative. However, upon discovering new nations, they were chosen to be ambassadors for their people, on top of Heads of the Table.

 Sorry, just thought that you should be told this, but the starting wealth level is Wretched for Lower Class and at least one tier above for Upper Class. Also, you have to own a Shop, then replace it on a population rank up, to get a Market.

 Your Lower Class starts at Wretched, and some buildings increase your Wealth category. The Upper Class is always at least one stage higher than the Lower Class. If you have a Democracy, then the Upper Class is always exactly two stages above. Republic removes that limit.

You're not an idiot, it just might be difficult to understand the rules upon first glance.

 Inside, two men are sitting at a desk, arguing about something, before turning to face the centaur. One of the men has curly black hair, and wears a red blindfold. The other man has shorter brown hair and is holding some papers. For being the people in charge, their attire is surprisingly simple.

The man wearing the blindfold speaks first “Oh. Hello! What brings you to our humble town?”
