You should make this attunement, and change the wording to the following:
“When casting a spell or using an ability that restores HP to a creature, you may add an extra 1d4 to the total amount of HP restored. In addition, when you make a saving throw against the poisoned condition or to resist a spell or ability that would bestow a curse on you (such as the Bestow Curse spell), you may add a 1d4 to your saving throw.”
Make this attunement, make it a very rare magic item, and change the wording to “While you are attuned to this ring, you have a +2 bonus to AC while you are not wearing armor or carrying a shield. Additionally, you have a +1 bonus to all saving throws.
Cursed: This item is cursed. While you are attuned to it, you have a -1 to weapon attack rolls and unarmed strikes.”

Actually I’m reviewing the soulstone and kind of have no idea what it does.
- What do you mean by Curses? There aren’t curses listed to pick from and I’m not sure how they relate - What does storing HP into the soulstone actually do? - Does the item give you extra dreas points? Or are you spending those dread points for the curse/hp stuff?
And a couple notes:
- Neutral, Enemy, and Willing should be replaced by just Willing and Unwilling - Remove the AC bonus, it doesn’t need to have it - Resistance to poison saves isn’t a thing, id suggest saying advantage on saves against the poisoned condition
I can reword the item once these clarifications are made.
