Divine twin rats, both a whole foot tall, Lempdinger and Lomdinge sit on logs on either side in front of the legendary stone brick gates of Tyr's Pass, a ravine travelled by only the most desperate, for it is filled with blood and rogues. Lempdinger only lies and is more scruffy with a missing eye, while Lomdinge only tells the truth and has squinty eyes. It has been known that to enter, one must answer and converse with them until they are worn out. Whoever wants entry can either find a cave passage and brave the beasts inside to get into Tyr's Pass, or confront them.
