How about the adopted Grandson of a hag (Ma Marrowcoat) who is given the power of changing shapes and taking on the aspect of animals but first he has to eat and taxidermy them or turn them into clothing that he then must be wearing. It’s a craft he was taught as initiation into the fold of the Marrow coven, and though it disgusts him and also requires physical perfection and immense strain on his own body, he has begun to use it for the important purpose of (whatever the hero team does)

I do have a semi set design for him (I sent a picture on one of the discord servers we’re both in) but he has several other outfits based on different types of clowns. That one is his least clown-like iteration.
