This means there is a way to kill it. Also the SCP universe is a messy clutter of different canons so it probably cannot survive conceptual erasure in all of them.

 682 does not have the ability to escape the narrative in which it is contained. It is, of course, contained in multiple narratives, so it being dead in one narrative has no effect on its status in a different narrative, but in any given narrative it dies if the author states that it dies.

This was never on topic, as 682 does not exist in D&D unless some DM decides to stat it up, at which point how it can be killed is up to the DM who added it.

On-topic for a discussion about ultimate weapons in D&D would be something like a Sphere of Annihilation. I mean, it might not actually be the ultimate weapon in D&D, but it's in-universe and therefore worth including in a discussion. Also it's probably more than sufficient for getting rid of some regenerating lizard.
