I picked Loosestrife because I love flowers and wanted a flower name. I picked loosestrife particularly because it sounds cool, and even though purple loosestrife is an invasive weed where I live, it is very pretty.

I mean, you could go with longswords (I usually do) or rapiers, but dual wielding warhammers is more fun. Also, certain creatures have resistance to slashing and piercing damage (eg. Ochre Jellies) but not bludgeoning and it makes killing skeletons much easier.

So bludgeoning does full damage to jellies and puddings? Cool.

Well if bludgeoning didn't do full damage to jellies and puddings we wouldn't be able to eat them

I think warhammers are super heavy. And bulky.
That's why they're not an option for 2 weapon fighting
