Also... Time Thief is a Feat that I took and I critted... So 5 additional actions to be used over 4 rounds.

No, timer starts after you turn into a cat, so that is not my action, I only have to roll if it hit, which it did not, and I have to go now.

you turned me into a cat for your action, that's when I was turned into a cat. so yes, the timer starts when I turn into a cat, which it did. this changes nothing about my argument
