At least I don't use items that are (sadly) way too powerful to be even legendary magic items. And I only have 3 legendary items, while you have 4. Also, how'd you get the temp hp?

The legendary resistance, the blindsight, the fire resistance/immunity (a lot of spells are fire based), and the charisma bonus to armor class. Any of these on their own would be fine, but together they're overpowered.

the charisma bonus only applies to no other armor, so that's not applied. the legendary resistance is still once a long rest, the fire resistance only applies to fire spells, and if that's the only type you have, you aren't spellcastering right, the blindsight is only really effective against invisibility, especially as you have to activate it, and it's only 5 minutes a day.

Unrelated to the cheating stuff (I'll let @Nikoli handle that), I think that wish is just broken and probably should be banned altogether... but again not my call, just my opinion.

There really isn't a reprimand for cheating. I mean I can't do much. Except Ban them.
